When ducks are foraging for food underwater, all you see are their butts above the surface. A duck butt says "I am safe, there is no immediate threat here."

As humans, we rush through life, propelled by stress and anxiety. We need more reminders to slow down. Our bodies weren't designed to be in a constant state of stress, so maybe once in a while just be like a duck and say "does it look like I give AF?"
